It's been used, but very clean/manicured lawns, trash area, showers,etc.(too bad the pool closes at 8pm) Very impressed with handicap shower. you don't find them like this in newer camps. You can't get away from the traffic/airplane/train noise in this town..it's just how the town grew up. Great price for Camp Club, open spaces, few trees, paved st. rounded curbs & very nice personnel. I'll go back there, but you can forget the "steak place' attraction, it's tasteless.

Personnel very helpful/patient. I was very sorry for the added work we caused; but this place was a short street off hwy 24, dirt road & not good for a 40'+tow. no room anywhere & I'm not sure about a pull thru. The location reminded me of an empty lot they added hookups to & called it an RV park. Lots of workers & their dogs and a great monthly rate. Sorry.
